The farm
Surrounded by orchards with a wonderful view of Bozen and the Dolomites is our Aignerhof.
Relax in nature, far away from the hustle and bustle and let your vacation become an unforgettable experience. The Aignerhof offers many hiking opportunities directly from the farm, so the car can also stay where it is.
We, the Ausserer family, work on our farm with a lot of enthusiasm. We live primarily from apple cultivation, which you can experience up close around the house: from the beautiful apple blossom to the harvest of our apples, the Golden Delicious.
We also grow many other types of fruit that you are welcome to enjoy: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, etc. Vegetables and herbs grow in the garden. Bees are our hobby: Get an insight into beekeeping! Chickens, ducks and cats provide life around the house.
