South Tyrol enjoys an excellent reputation as a land of origin of farm products. Spoiled by its geographic location and sunny climate, the fields and farm gardens south of the Brenner grow wonderful fruit, healthy vegetables, aromatic herbs and make for happy animals. Starting from this abundance of natural raw materials, South Tyrolean farms process and refine their products under the "Roter Hahn" brand.
