The farm
Our residence is located in the fruit and wine village of St. Michael/Eppan. Here you can experience a relaxing holiday in a quiet and beautiful environment. Whether hiking, swimming, cycling or simply doing nothing... Enjoy the wonderful view from our apartment with a glass of wine. Our listed fruit and wine farm is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and bathing opportunities at the nearby bathing lakes Montiggl and Kaltern. Our residence was built in the 16th century and is considered to be a very medieval building. In the 17th century it received its final form. The residence has been owned by our family since 1948. Half of the vineyards are planted with grapevines and the other half with apple trees. The Herta family and Bernhard Giuliani look forward to your visit.

Our Freudenstein holiday apartment is located in the historic building of the listed Weißenheim residence. The former barn was converted into a holiday home in 2000. The guests enjoy the flair of the old walls, the view of the surrounding mountains and rural life on the farm.
