Our farm is quiet and sunny at 1360 meters above sea level on the outskirts of the small village of Maiern. We are a dairy farm and offer four holiday apartments for rent all year round. Farm life is characterized by the daily work in the barn with our animals. Field work begins in spring, hay work in summer and in autumn we fetch wood for a warm stove in winter, but also timber for further processing. The Fassnauerhof is surrounded by meadows and forests, and the hiking trails start right at the farm. A small bakery with groceries, pizzeria, restaurant, bike rental and ski rental is right in Maiern. The bus stop for the ski bus is also in the immediate vicinity. We also offer our guests farm products. The cross-country ski trail leads past the farm and the biathlon center is very close by, where international biathletes train for the World Cup.
