The farm
Our small, child-friendly holiday farm is just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Völs, surrounded by meadows and fields. The unique panoramic view with the Schlern in the back stretches from the Rittner Horn in the north over the Mendel in the west to the Tschafon in the south.
Our two cozy holiday apartments offer comfortable furnishings, each with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a balcony. So that our little guests also feel comfortable, they can let off steam in the sandpit or on our swing. In summer we set up a swimming pool of 3 x 4 x 1m behind the house, where you can make yourself comfortable on the sunbathing lawn and play table football or table tennis.
A few animals also live on our farm, including calves, chickens, a rooster, ducks, cats, rabbits and our dog Sanny.
The friendly ambience is ideal for family vacations with children as well as for couples.

Location & arrival
Arrival
If you are arriving via the motorway, Völs am Schlern is easiest to reach if you use the Bozen Nord motorway exit. Then turn left and follow the state road to Blumau.
You will then come to two tunnels and take the left tunnel. Here the road begins to go up, at the next crossing keep left again. Follow the road to Völs am Schlern to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit into the village center.
At the next roundabout, take the first exit and immediately after, turn left at the crossroads. You will see a Despar shop on the right-hand side and you are now on the right path to the Grattweberhof. After the sharp left turn, go straight ahead (middle street), you will now see the entrance to the farmyard with the signs. Drive to the farm and you have reached your destination.
