The farm
In 2021, the new guest accommodation was opened up. Guests can experience farm luxury in Ahrntal valley with their hosts Cinzia and Markus. The house was built with regional, partly farm-own building materials.
After an active day you can relax in the mini spa, a South Tyrolean experience. If you also want to enjoy the view from the house, you can retreat to the turret above the farm with a book. From here you can watch the children playing on the sand playground, on the climbing rock, between the pond and the stone circle. The whole house is available to rent, if you would like to use all the rooms and look after yourselves. The kitchen is at your disposal. If you only want to rent a room, you can get breakfast from us. You can meet the other guests in the common room or at Jakobs-Brunnen fountain.

How to get there
The guest house Koasa Hof is situated in Valley Aurina, which is a valley aside the Valley Pusteria of South Tyrol in North Italy.
In 1846 E. A. Schaubach, an entrepreneur of alpine research of the 19th century, described the Ahrntal Valley as a fork: three neighbouring valleys depart from the main valley Aurina. Asides there lie Valley Riva, Valley Selva dei Molini, and Valley Rio Bianco.
So how can you reach Mühlegg/Molini of Valley Aurina? The very sweet spot of the guest house Koasa Hof is located 1050 metres above sea level on the Northern side of the valley. Good to know: here, the sun shines morning till evening. Travelling by car you’ll leave the motorway at Brixen/Bressanone Nord and follow the route signs to Pustertal/Val Pusteria. You’ll take the main road until the town of Bruneck/Brunico. This is where the entrance of Ahrntal Valley turns off. There are still 26 kilometres more to go until reaching Mühlegg/Molini.
