Are you looking for relaxation surrounded by a picturesque mountain landscape, far away from everyday stress? Then you've come to the right place!
In addition to complete relaxation, our newly built holiday apartment offers you the opportunity to experience an insight into everyday farm life on the farm. Our farm is also the ideal starting point for unforgettable mountain and mountain bike tours as well as for leisurely family trips. And should the white winter splendor lure you, the ski areas of Sulden, Watles, Haider Alm - Schöneben or the snowy cross-country skiing center of Schlinig are close by.
Enjoy the wonderful view over the mountains and breathe in the pure South Tyrolean mountain air.

Arrival
Coming from the Reschen Pass, follow the main road to Schluderns and follow the road to the end of the village, from where you then turn left into the village of Schluderns. After 150 m turn right and follow the signs "Lavadhof - Gschneir" for 5 km.
Coming from Meran, follow the state road to Schluderns and turn right at the first entrance to the village. After 150 m turn right again and follow the signs "Lavadhof - Gschneir" for 5 km.
