The farm
The listed Mitterhof is located in Aufhofen. Aufhofen is a small, picturesque fraction of the municipality of Bruneck. The Mitterhof has a farm shop, the products come exclusively from their own garden. Cultivation and processing are based on biodynamic principles. Vital and untreated raw materials are the basis for all our products.
