The farm
Our 5.7 hectare orchard is managed by Hansjörg Baur according to biodynamic guidelines. All of us on the farm are convinced that after these "considerations" the quality of the farm and the farm products will increase. In addition to our apples, our guests are offered various types of fruit such as cherries, peaches, plums and pears all year round.
