The farm
Welcome to one of the most beautiful Alpine valleys, welcome to the Peintenhof - down to earth, close to nature, authentic. For nature lovers, families, friends, mountain enthusiasts, individualists! Are you looking for peace, tranquility and freedom on your mountain holiday in South Tyrol? Then a farm stay is the just right thing for you!
We are located on the edge of Sand in Taufers, surrounded by greenery and the Zillertal mountains. 80 three-thousanders, 164 alpine pastures, 4 small but excellent ski resorts, 850 km of hiking trails, and all sorts of outdoor activities await you. It is only a few minutes' walk to the bus stop. In winter you can be at Skiworld Ahrntal in a few minutes by car. That includes the ski resorts of Speikboden, Klausberg and Weissenbach.
Our farm is a member of the breeding organisation for "Pustertaler Sprinzen", a local breed of cattle that almost completely died out in the interwar years. We also keep other endangered breeds.
