The farm
The Penzlhof with its 700-year history is idyllically situated in Ritten below the 2,260 m high Rittnerhorn.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.
The chestnut trail leads right past the house.
After one of the beautiful excursions and at the end of the day, you can relax wonderfully on the spacious sunbathing lawn or in the outdoor pool with a panoramic view of the breathtaking Schlern.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Brenner motorway A22, Bozen Nord exit, turn left in the direction of Brixen/Brenner, then continue for about 15 km to Kollmann, then turn left in the direction of Saubach. Turn left again in Saubach. From there it is about 4 km to our farm.
Coming from the north:
Brenner motorway A22, exit Klausen, turn left in the direction of Bozen, continue for about 10 km to Kollmann, then turn right in the direction of Saubach, turn left in Saubach. It is about 4 km to our farm.
Alternative:
Exit the motorway in Bozen Nord, turn left and follow the signs to Ritten.
Then drive all the way through Ritten until you come to Lengstein, where you follow the road towards Barbian.
From Lengstein, the road leads directly to our farm, which is about 2 km from Lengstein.
Coming from the north:
Brenner motorway A22, exit Klausen, turn left in the direction of Bozen, continue for about 10 km to Kollmann, then turn right in the direction of Saubach, turn left in Saubach. It is about 4 km to our farm.
Alternative:
Exit the motorway in Bozen Nord, turn left and follow the signs to Ritten.
Then drive all the way through Ritten until you come to Lengstein, where you follow the road towards Barbian.
