The farm
The Spinhof is located in the border triangle of Switzerland, Austria and Italy on the South Tyrolean side, on the western shore of Lake Reschen. In the middle of nature, on a hill with a view, it is an ideal place for those looking for peace and relaxation.
Located at 1500 m above sea level, the Reschenpass holiday region offers moderate temperatures in summer to take a deep breath and snow is guaranteed in winter. Cross-border hiking trails, bike trails, ski areas, cross-country ski trails and groomed winter hiking trails with open huts await guests.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Access from St. Valentin:
At the end of the village of St. Valentin, 50 m after the traffic lights, leave the main road on the left. Here you will already find the first sign to Spinhof. After 300 m, at the fork after the bridge, continue on the right, lower road (2nd signpost Spinhof). Go along on the uphill road past the hamlet of Kaschon and then on the west side of Lake Reschen along the forest to the junction after 2.8 km (3rd signpost for Spinhof). Here the last 200 m descend to the right down to the Spinhof.
Access from Resia:
At the entrance to Reschen, at the first houses, turn right, follow the signs for the Schöneben ski area and continue to the opposite shore of the lake. There past the ski lift, go up the mountain for almost 1.7 km and at the 3rd hairpin bend, following the blue town signs for St. Valentin, turn left and drive slightly downhill through the forest. After 1.6 km, at the junction on the left, the last 100 m descend down to the Spinhof.
