The farm
Immediate proximity to the city and the tranquility and rural atmosphere of a farm - what sounds like squaring the circle is possible in Bolzano: on the farm above the city!
Our newly renovated farm is located above Bozen, at 560 m, in the midst of vineyards and orchards on a quiet, sunny hillside with a panoramic view of Bolzano and the Dolomites!
Given our central location, you can reach Bolzano with all its advantages in a larger city in just 5 minutes (approx. 4.5 km). Also Jenesien, the little sister of Bolzano, with village character is only a few minutes drive away from us.
The Salten, the larch-covered 10 km long high plateau above the village center of Jenesien, invites you to go on easy, but also long hikes.
After an active day you will surely find a quiet, cozy place in our garden to relax and unwind!
In summer as in winter: the Tollhof is always attractive!

Location & arrival
Arrival
You leave the Brenner motorway at the Bozen Nord or Bozen Süd exit and follow the signs to Jenesien and take the panoramic road (turnoff at the Rastbichler restaurant), which leads to Jenesien.
Important: Please do not use your navigation system after the turn-off to Jenesien, because it will take you to the old and steep access road.
Please follow the new state road to Jenesien, which leads through several tunnels, until you see the turn-off to St. Georgen on the right after about 4 km. At this junction you will also find our farm sign Tollhof. This path now leads you down through vineyards, past three farms and after 600 m directly to our house. In front of our house there is a small barn with a parking space.
