The farm
Our farm is very sunny with a wonderful panoramic view above the village of Seis on the traffic-calmed Seiseralm-Straße. We are an ideal starting point for your tours - whether on foot, with a stroller, e-bike, bus or car. In our free time we are also very active and versatile in sports and are happy to give you tips for your activities. The panoramic sunbathing lawn invites you to relax after a strenuous tour. Your children can enjoy the playground or meanwhile feed the grass to the chickens! Use our stone plate grill.
In winter, our farm is ideal for skiers, because the ski bus to the valley station of the Seiseralm stops right in front of the house.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the north on the A22, take the Klausen exit. Continue on the SS12 to Waidbruck. Go over the bridge and at the roundabout take the 1st exit towards Kastelruth/Seis. Drive 8 km further to Telfen and then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Seis. After approx. 500 m turn left at the crossroads in the direction of Seiser Alm. After 1 km you will find the farm on the left side of the road.
Coming from the south on the A22, take the Bozen Nord exit. On the SS12 to Blumau and in the tunnel turn left in the direction of Völs. At the Völs roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Drive to Seis, there at the roundabout take the 2nd exit and continue for approx. 1 km to the crossroads in the direction of Seiser Alm. After 1 km you will find our farm on the left-hand side of the road.
Take the small side street on the left and continue until you reach a small incline. Our house is right up the hill. In front of the house you will find a plaque in the shape of a rooster.
