The farm
Give relaxation a chance and spend the most valuable time of the year on our family-friendly farm, which is located directly on the Vernagtsee (1711 m), the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours and skiing. The Unterpretrachhof is an inviting, cozy farmhouse: quiet, cozy, unique. The ideal house for families, mountain and nature lovers. Enjoy the fascinating views from our sun terrace of the unique Vernagtsee and the Ötztal Alps. In our typical Tyrolean farmhouse parlour, you can relax from the stresses of everyday life and spend cozy evenings. With us you will find peace surrounded by fabulous mountains and a wonderful view of the lake.

On the Brenner motorway, take the Bozen Süd exit and take the expressway (MeBo) until the entrance to Schnalstal valley. After approx. 15.5 km you will come to the village of Unser Frau. Drive through the village, then after about 2 km you will come to the village of Vernagt am See. Our farm, Unterpretrachhof, is located directly on the lake on your left-hand side.
Drive over the Reschen Pass through the Vinschgau valley to the entrance to Schnalstal valley. After approx. 15.5 km you will come to the village of Unser Frau. Drive through the village, then after about 2 km you will come to the village of Vernagt am See. Our farm, Unterpretrachhof, is located directly on the lake on your left-hand side.
