The farm
The farm "Winkler in Ried" has existed since 1960. At that time it was still run as a mixed farm with livestock and fruit growing, but today it is purely a fruit-growing business.
The varieties Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, Kanzi, Pinova, Cosmic Crisp, Envy and Ambrosia are grown on the orchards near the house.
We have been practising integrated production for many years. We try to use chemical additives in a targeted manner and as little as possible.
Since the farm was rebuilt in 2006, we have been offering our guests a relaxing holiday in four comfortable holiday apartments in the midst of the orchards.
