After Johannes Meßner completed both a cookery apprenticeship and training as an oenologist, he had the obvious idea of opening a wine tavern at his home farm Burgerhof. No sooner said than done, when he put this idea into practice together with his wife Katrin and thanks to the support of his parents and his sister Katharina.
