Hans Dorfmann and his wife Rosmarie opened the Obermoserhof farm inn, or 'Hofschank', in 2000. Today Hans runs the farm together with his son Christian. Both are passionate 'Braunvieh' cattle breeders and spend a lot of time with the animals. They are also passionate about making 'Speck'. While Hans mainly looks after the guests, Christian works both in service and in the kitchen. If you're lucky, you might even see him playing the accordion. Mum Rosmarie is the boss in the kitchen and, together with her daughter-in-law, prepares the many typical dishes that are very popular with family and guests.
