Farmer Urban Kainzwaldner is a trained carpenter and has built up the Buschenschank together with his wife Rosa over the years alongside his carpentry business. The special thing about the Pschnickerhof farm is that it has many different agricultural activities. It is not just a fruit and wine farm, but also grows a lot of vegetables and keeps cattle, pigs and chickens. In total, he produces just enough to feed the guests at the Buschenschank. While Urban serves the guests in the Buschenschank, his wife Rosa and son Daniel conjure up the typical farmhouse dishes in the kitchen. Their son Daniel works full-time as a paramedic for the White Cross, but spends every spare minute on the farm. During the 'Törggelen' season in autumn, he works full-time on the farm and helps his mother in the kitchen.
