The tour starts at the Bike Academy Infopoint directly at the Helmbahn valley station along the main road to Moos. Opposite the church, forest road no. 13 leads towards Nemes Alp, after approx. 2km turn right to the valley station of the Drei Zinnen cable car. This helps you to master a few metres of altitude comfortably and brings you up to the Stiergarten. From there a wide hiking trail leads to the Nemes Alp. Shortly before the hut, turn left into the high valley to the Kniebergsattel/Passo Silvella (2,320m). The dreamlike alpine landscape makes the demanding trail to the Kniebergsattel/Passo Silvella unforgettable. Once there, there will be a short, strenuous pushing passage to the left over the gravel fields of the Knieberg. Then the highlight: the Monte Spina Trail (S1). Like a crest, it stretches along the meadow ridge for almost seven kilometres to the south. When you arrive in Dosoledo, the route goes over the Valgrande to the Kreuzbergpass (1,630m). From the Kreuzbergpass, the trail no. 13 is all downhill, and takes you back to the starting point.
