Knowing where it's from
On three hectares of apple cultivation around the farmhouse, in a sunny location above Eppan, first-class apples are harvested in autumn. The fruits are produced using integrated cultivation methods and are mostly of the Golden Delicious variety. A small amount of Red Delicious is also produced. The apples at the Aignerhof ripen for a particularly long time so that they achieve an intense taste for the apple juice.
