In 2013, Alois Burger and his son Martin transformed the former dairy farm into a model business for growing wild fruit. Alois is a born inventor. He forgets the time when he is in the processing room and fine-tuning new products and recipes. After many attempts, he designed the recipes for the products on offer. Son Martin helps with the cultivation so that only the best raw materials are processed. Daughter-in-law Anni also helps with the labour-intensive harvest.
