Hilda Kirchler
Hilda Kirchler took over the farm from her parents in 2010. After thinking long and hard about how she wanted to run the farm, she decided in favour of producing free-range eggs. She can now make a living from the farm and devote her time to the welfare of the chickens and marketing the free-range eggs. Her husband Richard and her two sons Florian and Jakob are also actively and enthusiastically involved. While Hilda collects the eggs every morning, sorts them and checks them for damage, packs them in the afternoon and then delivers them, her husband looks after the forest, fields and henhouse.,Hilda Kirchler took over the farm from her parents in 2010.
