Knowing where it's from
The milk for the delicious cheeses comes entirely from the farm's own cows. One of the reasons for the high milk quality is that they spend the entire summer on pasture. In winter, when the meadows around the farm are covered with snow, the cows can move freely in the airy pen. There you have a clear view to the south and to the famous Kronplatz. Silage is not used at all when feeding.
