Knowing where it's from
On the Vinschger Sonnenberg at 1,250 m above sea level, in the granary of South Tyrol, there are ideal climatic and geographical conditions for the cultivation of grain. The Telser family still grows old varieties of rye and spelled as well as wheat at the churchyard, directly above the farmstead. Only organic seeds are used, which can grow into ripe grain if left untreated.
