Stefan Köhl has been running his parents' farm with livestock and milk production in Deutschnofen since 2013, where he has fulfilled his dream of having his own cheese dairy and farm shop. His wife Samantha supports him with the office work and the delivery of the products. His father Konrad takes care of the 30 dairy cows of the Tyrolean gray cattle breed. So he ensures the high quality of milk that is used for cheese production. Konrad's wife Maria helps with the daily stable work and takes care of the farm shop. Stefan's 3 siblings also help out in various areas. Stefan's brother Michael, a trained carpenter, is responsible for making the cheese boards from wood from their own forest. His brother Alexander jumps in if someone is absent and Stefan's sister Sabine also occasionally helps out on the farm.
