The village of Nals is full of magnificent rose bushes, and so the Nals Rose Day has been held since 2015. This festival focuses on the beauty of roses, and their various uses.It’s organised by farmwomen, the tourism association, and Nals library. About 20 exhibitors offer rose-themed food and drinks, garden and decorative articles and jewellery. The whole village is enveloped by the perfume of roses on this day, and from rose pralines to rose chocolate and rose cakes, there are some delicious and unusual dishes to try. The Nals Margreid winery also produces a rose muscatel every year in the name of the rose.
