Lana will celebrate the arrival of colourful autumn by offering plenty of pumpkin specialities and a varied supporting programme.
When people think of autumn in Lana, they probably think of crisp apples and rustic 'Törggelestuben' (inns). But for some years now, pumpkins have also become an integral part of the menus and festive autumn programme. So it's not surprising that the last weekend in September centres round this delicious autumn fruit. Pumpkins are featured for three days, from sweet and savoury pumpkin dishes to decorations, exhibitions and the sale of pumpkin products and other autumnal specialities. There will also be a colourful supporting programme with music, games and an exhibition of the most beautifully-carved pumpkins. Young visitors can also look forward to lots of surprises.
