2 dspnraspberry vinegar

250 mlsour cream

Instructions - Celery and apple salad

1.StepPeel and dice the celery.

2.StepBoil diced celery in water with the 2 dspn of lemon juice and salt until tender and rinse in cold water.

3.StepTo make the mayonnaise, stir the egg yolk, Worcester sauce, raspberry vinegar, salt, pepper and ½ tspn lemon juice together well and gradually beat in the oil.

4.StepFinally, stir in the sour cream and season again with salt and pepper.

5.StepPeel and dice the apples, combine with the mayonnaise, walnut kernels and diced celery.

6.StepLay the lettuce leaves on plates, place celery-apple salad on top and garnish with parsley and pistachio nuts.
