50 ghazelnuts

200 gspelt-wholewheat flour

200 gspelt-white flour

3 tspbaking powder

Instructions - Honey cake

StepBeat butter with honey and eggs until fluffy. -

StepAdd low-fat curd cheese, lemon zest, sultanas and the ground hazelnuts. -
3.
StepMix spelt-wholewheat flour and spelt-white flour with the baking powder and stir with the milk. -
4.
StepAdd the curd cheese mixture to the flour mixture and knead to a dough. -
5.
StepPut dough in a buttered and floured loaf tin and bake at 175°C for around 50 minutes. -
