Enjoy the divine peace in the cozy, comfortable holiday apartments - some with natural, brown clay plaster for a healthy, homely feeling.
The spacious outdoor area, the free space in the natural surroundings of the farm, the morning birdsong, the usual, daily noises of farm work, the smell of freshly cut grass, the evening mood on the balcony with a glass of wine, the sunset, the retreat for adults to relax, the view of the mountains - you can enjoy all of this with us.
The hanging lounger in the orchard offers great mountain cinema: the Schlern, so beautiful.
The Seiser Alm and the villages of Kastelruth and Seis can be reached in a few minutes by car or on the promenade of Kastelruth.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the north: Leave the motorway in Klausen and take the 1st exit at the roundabout and turn over the bridge onto the state road, then continue in the direction of Bolzano to Waidbruck. There turn left over the bridge and at the roundabout take the 1st exit to the Schlerngebiet-Seiseralm. Continue in the direction of Seiseralm. At the roundabout in Telfen, take the 1st exit towards Seiseralm and then turn left after 500 m, onto Seiseralm road and drive up this approx. 900 m. On the left is the Treffhof sign, turn left and drive 300 m to the farm.
Coming from the south: Exit the motorway in Bozen Nord, turn left onto the main road and continue to Blumau. There, take the ascent to Fiè or the Schlern area and continue through the village of Seis to the turnoff to the Seiseralm. Turn right there and drive onto Seiseralm road. Then drive up approx. 900 m. The Treffhof sign is on the left.
