Young farmer Markus is a trained carpenter and is the chef in the kitchen of the Buschenschank. His passion is wine, which he has already won several awards for. When he finds the time, he surprises the guests with a jaunty tune on his accordion. His wife Elisabeth is the head of service. She loves direct contact with the guests. Their son Andreas and senior farmers Elisabeth and Johann also live on the farm. Elisabeth tends and cares for the flowers around the farm and has always made delicious Schlutzer.
