The partly sloping vineyards cover an area of around 20 hectares pruned according to the Guyot and Pergola methods.Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Merlot, Lagrein and Sauvignon Blanc are grown, amongst others. The large vineyard site around the Villnerschlössl, the Schlossberg, is characteristic of the winery. The work at the winery is based on natural rhythms, such as the phases of the moon and seasonal cycles. The vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, which completely exclude the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
