Knowing where it's from
The orchards and vineyards of the Fischerhof are mostly located around the farm and in the nearby Etschtal valley. In addition to various apple varieties such as Royal Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji and Kanzi, the grape varieties Schiava, Pinot Noir, Goldmuskateller, Gewürztraminer and Lagrein are also grown. In addition, there are a large number of tall fruit trees on the farm whose fruits are also refined into fine distillates.
