Knowing where it's from
In the Pfossental valley at the Infangl Hof, the best conditions for high-quality hay milk are to be found. The climate, the stony soil and the flat layer of humus make for a special type of meadow. Farmer Gottl's cows eat this grass and the hay made from it all year round. In the playpen and in summer on the alp, the animals have plenty of exercise and can enjoy the fresh mountain air.
