The apple orchards are located on the Tasiolerhof in a sunny location at 900 m above sea level. This makes Andreas Gostner one of the highest apple producers in South Tyrol. This special location gives the apples a very complex aroma. In addition, farmer Andreas leaves the apples on the tree until they have reached the optimum ripeness for processing the juice. When choosing the varieties, he opted for Golden and Jonagold. These give the juice a pleasant and balanced relationship between digestible sweetness and tangy acidity.
