The South Tyrol bread and strudel market is all about our daily bread, including its development over the years, its uses and traditions, recipes and preparations and the role of the historical bakehouse. There’s also a bakehouse specially for the kids. You can try out the products on offer from South Tyrol bakers and patisseries- South Tyrol bread (‘Schüttelbrot’, ‘Pusterer Breatl’, rye bread, ‘Vinschger Paarl’, fruit bread and ‘Zelten’), original South Tyrol apple strudel (with shortcrust, puff or filo pastry), and traditional dishes from the various valleys.
