Christmas chocolate mousse
A light and airy chocolate mousse whose spices will get you in the Christmas spirit.

Ingredients

200 gdark chocolate

3pears
-
90 mlmilk

juice of half a lemon

2 dspncoffee

2 dspnsugar
-
2 dspnapricot or raspberry liqueur

1 Sachetvanilla sugar

gingerbread spice

200 mlcream
Instructions - Christmas chocolate mousse

1.StepPut chocolate, milk, coffee, liqueur and gingerbread spice in a bowl and melt over a bain marie.

2.StepLeave to cool, fold in whipped cream and distribute into 4 glass bowls.

3.StepCover and leave overnight. Peel, core and dice the pears and dribble with lemon juice.

4.StepCaramelize the sugar in a saucepan, douse with a glass of water and leave to simmer until the sugar is dissolved.

5.StepThen add the pears, add vanilla sugar to taste and heat.

6.StepLeave the pears to cool and serve with the mousse.
