400 gdried fruit (apple, pear, plum)

500 gflour

250 grye flour

20 gsalt

10 gsugar

1/2 tspcinnamon

50 gwalnuts
Instructions - Fruity farm bread

1.StepGently heat the water, milk, butter and yeast.

2.StepCut the dried fruit into medium-sized pieces and briefly bring to the boil with 1 l water, then strain and leave to cool.

3.StepAdd the flour and the salt and sugar to the warmed milk-yeast mixture and combine well.

4.StepAdd the cooled dried fruit and the cinnamon and walnuts. Leave in a covered bowl for around 2 hours.

5.StepThen put into a tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for around 30 minutes at 175° C.
