Farmhouse roast
The farmer's roast has become a much-loved dish over the years, often eaten on special occasions in the rural community.

salt, pepper, garlic, caraway seeds to taste

500 mlbeef stock

Instructions - Farmhouse roast

StepRub the pork ribs with salt, pepper, garlic and caraway seeds. -

StepHeat the oil in a frying pan, brown the ribs in the pan and douse with a little beef stock. -
3.
StepAfter 20 minutes, add the peeled and chopped carrots and potatoes. Pour in the remainder of the stock and braise in the oven for around 1 hour. Add more water if necessary. -

StepServe with finely-chopped cabbage salad. -
