StepPut the eggs, milk and salt into a mixing bowl and beat vigorously with a whisk until fluffy. -

StepThen add the flour and stir well. -

StepHeat the butter in a pan, then add the batter and fry at low heat until the bottom is slightly browned. -
4.
StepTurn at intervals until it is slightly brown all over. -
5.
StepFinally, cut into small pieces, put on plates, dust with icing sugar and serve with cranberry jelly and apple puree. -
