300 grye flour

100 gsugar

2free-range eggs

2 dspnhoney

1/2 dspnsodium bicarbonate

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspground clove

1 Pinchsalt
Instructions - Lebkuchen

1.StepKnead all the ingredients to form a dough and leave at room temperature overnight.

2.StepThen roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness, cut out biscuits.

3.StepFinally, bake at 220° C (upper and lower heat) for around 5 minutes.
