Ingredients

    courgettes
  • 500 g
    onion
  • 250 g
    sugar
  • 250 ml
    vinegar
  • 1
    red bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 Pinch
    salt
  • 250 ml
    water
  • 2
    cloves of garlic

Instructions - Pickled courgettes
  • circle-dashed 1.
    Step
    Cut the courgettes and onions into thin slices.

    Step
    Prepare stock from the sugar, vinegar, diced paprika, salt, water and garlic clove.

    After boiling, leave to stew for 10 minutes.

    Then pour the hot stock into jars with screwtop lids and turn upside down until all contents are cool.
