1-2 Leavesleaves each of yarrows, ground ivy, dandelion, raspberry leaves, lady's mantle, garlic mustard, ribwort plantain, broadleaf plantain, Persian speedwell and wood sorrel
Finely chopped stinging nettle leaves and a little buttonwort
1-3
ribwort flowers (still completely closed, mushroom-like flavour)

handful
edible decorative flowers depending on the season (dandelions, daisies …)
herb salt
lemon juice
a little olive oil
Instructions - Wild herb salad

1.StepWash all the herbs. Chop if necessary and arrange on a plate.

2.StepDress the salad with herb salt, lemon and olive oil.

3.StepTip: You can also use herbs and leaves from your garden for the salad.
