5untreated lemons, cut into slices

200 mlfruit vinegar
Instructions - Elderflower cordial

StepHeat water and sugar, then leave to cool. -
2.
StepLeave elderflower blossom, lemon slices and fruit vinegar to steep for 3 days.

StepFinally, fill up bottles.
