Ingredients

150 gdumpling bread (in cubes)

75 gbutter

375 mlmilk
-
1 Pinchherb salt

1 Pinchnutmeg

180 gwheat semolina
-
3free-range eggs

4 dspnparsley, chives, marjoram

2 tspdried herbs
Instructions - Herb gnocchi

StepFry the stale bread in butter and remove from the heat. -

StepBoil the milk, add the herb salt and nutmeg and add the semolina, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes a pulp. -

StepMix the semolina pulp with the eggs, bread and the chopped herbs, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes. -
4.
StepForm gnocchi with the mixture and simmer in salted water for 20 minutes. -
5.
StepServe the gnocchi in brown butter and garnished with dried herbs. -
