This bread made with honey, dried fruit and nuts is best served warm with butter.

Makes 1 loaf

100 ghoney

2 tspsalt

500 gspelt or wholemeal flour

150 gwalnuts or hazelnuts

300 gdried fruit

100 graisins

100 mlcream

80 gbutter

butter and flour for the tin
Instructions - Honey fruit bread

StepWork all the ingredients together and knead to form a soft dough. Cover and allow to rest in a warm place for an hour. -

StepGrease a loaf tin with butter and dust with flour. -
3.
StepPlace the dough in the tin, cover and leave to stand again for 30 minutes. -
4.
StepFinally bake for 50 - 60 minutes at 200° C -
