1.StepMehl und Eier vermengen, Butter schmelzen und dazugeben, etwas Milch aufgießen, salzen und alles kneten. Darauf achten, nicht zu viel Milch aufzugießen. Der Teig sollte schön trocken sein.

2.StepRoll out oval dough sheets any size you wish, place dessertspoonfuls of jam in the middle and fold up. Cut along the edges with a pastry cutter and fry the donuts in hot oil.

3.StepDust generously with icing sugar and serve warm.
