Omelette with apricot jam
A quick dessert for young and old made with free range eggs and a fruity filling.

butter for baking

100 mlmilk

200 gapricot jam
-
1 dspnsugar (or without, to taste)

icing sugar for dusting

2free-range eggs

1 Pinchsalt
Instructions - Omelette with apricot jam

1.StepStir together flour and milk until smooth and then add the sugar, salt and eggs.

2.StepHeat the butter in a pan and pour in some batter. Move the pan about so that the batter is distributed evenly.

3.StepDust with icing sugar and serve warm.

4.StepCook the omelettes on both sides, spread with apricot jam and roll up.
