A quick dessert for young and old made with free range eggs and a fruity filling.

butter for baking

100 mlmilk

200 gapricot jam
-
1 dspnsugar (or without, to taste)

icing sugar for dusting

2free-range eggs

1 Pinchsalt
Instructions - Omelette with apricot jam

StepStir together flour and milk until smooth and then add the sugar, salt and eggs. -

StepHeat the butter in a pan and pour in some batter. Move the pan about so that the batter is distributed evenly. -
3.
StepDust with icing sugar and serve warm. -
4.
StepCook the omelettes on both sides, spread with apricot jam and roll up. -
