Peppermint cordial

    water
  • 1,5 l
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10 Handful
    of mint leaves
  • 6,6 kg
    cane sugar

Instructions - Peppermint cordial

    Step
    Mix sugar with water until the sugar is dissolved.

    Add the mint leaves and lemon juice and stir.

    Cover and leave for 2 days.

    Strain, boil and bottle while still hot.
